Why to be vegan?

Veganism a lifestyle where one seeks to avoid a much as possible and practicable the exploitation and cruelty to animals. Because they are sentient being who do not want to suffer and want to live.

As we know humans don´t need animal products to be healthy, there is not ethical justificaction to exploit and kill animals for food nor for other reasons. Humans can be healthy with well planned vegan diets.

By being vegan we could also have extra benefits like being better for the environment (animal farming is the main cause of environment destruction) and being healthier.

About Health:

Humans don’t need to eat animals nor animal products (meats, dairy, eggs) to be healthy. Therefore eating animals because “we like how they taste” is not moral valid justification. The biggest dietetic associations of the world and the most recognized universities says the same because is the scientific consensus:
